Current Positions:

You want to be a part of something you believe in, working with likeminded people creating technologies and products never before imagined in the architectural lighting industry. We break conventions and are never satisfied with norms—not even the ones we ourselves
establish. Perhaps this makes us unconventional, though we think not. We believe this is simply how it has to be to keep moving forward.

Tell us what compels you to do what you do. Convince us you’re our next great, long term team member. We’re looking for people with vision and who want to come along with us as much as they are compelled to be instrumental in taking us there—driven, energetic, thinking and curious individuals willing to look outside of titles and roles (though you’ll have both).

While marketing experience is important for this role, it is your design skills and talents that are key. You’re interested in creating inventive, compelling design and engaging communications content working within an existing brand. Your sense of design is matched by strong technical aptitude and Adobe CC skills with an emphasis on PhotoShop and image manipulation. Exemplary communications skills, a cooperative mentality and attention to detail are mandatory. This is approximately an intermediate position with potential and a salary based on experience and qualifications, along with attractive benefits beyond job satisfaction.

– Conceptual development, communication design and photo retouching for print and digital publication
– Preparing layouts for digital and printed brochures, catalogs and advertising
– Participation in digital design and website management
– Sales presentation content creation
– PR and advertising content development
– Gathering technical information from product experts and creating and maintaining specification, instructional, and other technical documents
– Participate in and/or provide art direction for in studio or on location product photo-shoots.
– Some copywriting
– Some basic studio/product photography and video production/editing an asset

– Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative and resourceful
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience crafting client facing marketing materials
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
– Some photographic/video experience an asset
– Experience working with or managing outside services for web, print, photography and other marketing content
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Strong communications skills: verbal, written, copy writing, technical writing and editing
– Relentless attention to detail; including visual and proofing/editing skills
– Experience in the commercial lighting industry or experience in other specification grade architectural product categories in a construction-oriented industry is highly beneficial

Together with our partners, we are creating the most compelling, unique, high-performing, world-class architectural spaces. Might you as well?
